With Fallout 4 though, it feels like a lot of stuff has been taken away from you, for example:
There were more choices available to finish most quests, the story was also significantly different, and in general there were a lot of improvements across the board. It’s hard to pinpoint why exactly that is, because there was a an element of this when New Vegas came out, but it quickly subsided, and it’s probably because New Vegas brought a lot of new things to the table. The problem is though, unless this is your first ever Fallout game, you can’t help but compare it to Fallout 3 and New Vegas. Fallout 4 has released to mostly critical acclaim, and although we do have issues with the game, it’s still pretty damn good for what it is.
